UPS is our preferred shipper, we provide tracking information once the product is shipped to the email provided. Please contact us if you have any problems at shipping@earthnaturalspetfood.com.
If an order is placed after 2:00 PM CST it will be shipped the following business day.  Samples are sent through the USPS.
